The Happenstance collection started life in Alison’s gem box, stones that she has collected over the years which have come together in an un-curated way, bringing unusual combinations. In this one of a kind cocktail ring an eclectic group of precious jewels surround a Catkin patterned disc sitting on a fine SMO gold band.
This ring is made to fit finger size L 1/2.
MATERIALS
18ct SMO gold, stamped with the Edinburgh Hallmark with diamonds, sapphire, a rubies, aquamarine and tourmaline.

Clockwise from the top: round ruby measuring 2.1mm in diameter weighing 0.047ct, oval green tourmaline measuring 4.5mm by 3.5mm and weighing 0.36ct, pear shaped pink tourmaline measuring 4mm x 3mm and weighing 0.136ct, a brilliant champagne diamond measuring 1.85mm in diameter and weighing 0.025ct, pear shaped ruby measuring 5mm x 3mm and weighing 0.22ct, brilliant cut white diamond measuring 1.2mm in diameter and weighing 0.009ct, marquise aquamarine measuring 4mm by 2mm and weighing 0.08ct. Top part of ring measures 12mm by 12mm, round section band measures 1.5mm thick. Made to fit UK finger size L 1/2 but can be re-sized within a couple of sizes.
